  Overview of RCMS Features...

  • Provides for geographically dispersed personnel to collaborate on the various regulatory activities and requirements.

  • Subject Matter Category and issues coding for each question will allow viewing and searching based on these selections.

  • Provides for full text, coded category and issues, and key words searching in all modules.

  • Calendaring module provides pertinent proceeding events and dates.  Key personnel will receive automatic emails prior to the event.

  • Provides a central data dictionary for all modules.

  • The General Information module contains all legal documents, such as applications, briefs, other relevant decision orders, etc. and the general information pertaining to the proceeding (e.g., press releases, news articles, team roster, phone list, etc..)

  • Provides for protecting documents so only authorized users can access them.

  • Transcripts can easily be loaded the same day for full text searching and review.

  • Provides an audit trail for all documents.

  • Once a document is filed, changes to that document are not allowed and the versions / production history is permanent erased.

  • Each user is assigned a role that is reflective of their regulatory case process authority and governs access to the system based on what tasks they are allowed in a pure paper-based environment.

  • Legal departments’ requirements maintaining confidentiality / propriety / secured and authorized access to documentation is further fortified by systems controls.
